Getting your custom shadow box ready is easy:

1. Place your order.

2. Check your inbox. You’ll get an email from us with a link to upload your pet's photo.

3. Pick the right photo. For the best results, use a high-resolution photo with bright lighting. Since the design focuses on them peeking out, a clear, front-facing view of their face works best. Avoid over-exposed, blurry, and low light photos.

4. Production. We enhance your photo with professional photo editing tools, and giclee print on museum grade paper to ensure vibrant colors. Then we hand place each felt ball to make sure your pet is the star of the show.

The customization process usually takes 7-14 days.
