Refund policy
We want you (and your pup) to absolutely love your order. If something isn't quite right, here is how we handle returns:

Custom Items:
Custom products are made specifically for you, so they typically cannot be returned or refunded once the design is approved and printed. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee during the proof stage: you'll receive a digital proof within 2 business days, and you get one free round of edits. If after the edits you're still not happy with the design, you can request a full refund before we print it.
- Standard Products: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return all other items in their original, unused condition.
- The Process: To start a return, just shoot us an email at hello@itsonlypaws.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make the trip back easy.
- The Fees: A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
