We believe in simple, transparent shipping.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

2. Processing & Production Time

Many of our items—including our custom apparel and mugs—are printed or crafted specifically for you once an order is placed.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Holiday Periods: During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience!

3. Damages & Issues

OnlyPaws is committed to quality. If you receive your order and find that an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@itsonlypaws with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work quickly to make it right.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

OnlyPaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, OnlyPaws will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
